Costar Primer 20 is a two-component liquid based metallic zinc and epoxy resins, designed for use as a rust inhibitor for priming exposed reinforcement steel bar where chloride induced attack on steel and concrete is involved. It is compactable with costar repair product and used under non-immersion condition.
