The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% is a water-free, oil-free serum that targets uneven skin tone, dark spots, and dullness.
Key Ingredient & Benefits
1. Ascorbic Acid 8%: Pure Vitamin C. Brightens overall tone, fights free radical damage, boosts collagen, and fades dullness.
2. Alpha Arbutin 2%: Reduces look of hyperpigmentation and dark spots by inhibiting melanin production. Works well with Vitamin C.
How to use
1. PM is best. Vitamin C can be used AM, but this formula is anhydrous and 8% L-AA can increase sun sensitivity. If you use AM, always follow with sunscreen.
2. After cleansing, before heavier creams/oils. Apply a few drops to face.
3. Start 2-3x per week if you’re new to Vitamin C, then build up to daily as tolerated.
4. Don’t use in the same routine as Niacinamide, peptides, EUK 134, or direct acids.
