- [ ] Must have neat finishing

- Knows how to use industrial machine and weaving machine perfectly
- [ ] Must understand pattern making and very good with free hand cutting too
- [ ] Knows how to handle beaded fabric
- [ ] Knows how to do sewing techniques like gathers , pleats, drapes
- [ ] Ready to learn and push beyond comfort zone
