Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve branch goals Managing and motivating a team of employees to achjive the organisation goals. Ensuring excellent customer service Controlling costs and expenses toward collections and deliveries. Ensuring that all team members complies with all companies policy and procedures. Computer skill is a compulsory Requirement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans Strong leadership and communication skills is a must Excellent customer service skills
