• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Take and serve accurate food and drinks orders
• Present menu and provide detailed information about Play House Hotel and its services to customers
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen or Bar
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen or Bar for cleaning as required
• Follow all relevant government health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
