Supervise staff within the branch and ensure that tasks are being carried out in an efficient and timely manner. Manage station inventory. Ensure that customers are provided with quality service to maintain a positive reputation for the business. Ensure that all equipments used in daily sales operations are properly maintained, and any damaged items are repaired on time and adequate report is given to management. Resolve complaints from customers and staff. Ensure that all environmental and safety regulations are met. Report to company management on a regular basis.
