Kitchen Assistant

• Ensuring that the food preparation areas are always clean and hygienic. • Washing up all kitchen utensils and dishes ensuring they are orderly arranged • Sorting, storing, and distributing the ingredients. • Assisting in cooking preparation which includes: peeling,cutting,grinding etc • Assisting in cooking and pastries when necessary • Doing market shopping • Ensuring that the kitchen is always clean( mopping as required, disposing of trash etc) • Cleaning and organizing the kitchen Laundry e.g, Aprons,kitchen towels • Cleaning the cooking equipment and utensils, and also cleaning the floors and all other kitchen tools and areas.
