The Interlock gym mat comes as a set of four pieces each measuring 60cm x 60cm. Simply lock the pieces together to give a combined surface area of 1.44m sq. Ideal for use at home for floor exercises or at the gym underneath equipment such as treadmills, bikes and benches. Made from high quality EVA these mats are hard wearing and provide a shock absorbant surface upon which to work.
