Job Description
- Promote and sell the bank's financial products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment products, to prospective customers.
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the bank's products and services and persuade them to buy.
Process customer applications and documentation for financial products and services under the bank's policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
Keep up-to-date on the bank's products, services, and promotions, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
