Responsibilities
1. Actively promote and sell Flygo Travels' services to potential clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and online platforms. 2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their travel, study, work, or relocation needs and provide them with suitable options and solutions. 3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel itineraries, educational programs, visa requirements, immigration procedures, and other relevant details. 5. Effectively handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide comprehensive assistance throughout the sales process. 6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position Flygo Travels' services in the market. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, education, or related industries. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures is beneficial. - Familiarity with travel booking systems and procedures. - A passion for travel, education, and helping clients achieve their goals.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Qualifications: - High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

As a Sales Agent at Flygo Travels, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's wide range of travel and educational services, including study abroad programs, work abroad opportunities, permanent residency services, relocation assistance, tour itineraries, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, as well as skills, vocational courses, foreign languages, and exam preparation training. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them through the process of selecting and purchasing the appropriate services. This role requires proactive salesmanship, excellent customer service, and a strong understanding of the travel and education industries.
