Responsibilities
Supervise staff within the branch and ensure that tasks are being carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure that customers are provided with quality service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
Manage inventory and make sure that all equipments used in daily sales operations are properly maintained at all times, and any damaged items are to be repaired on time with adequate report being given to management.
Resolve complaints from customers and staff and make sure that all environmental and safety regulations are met.
Requirements & Skills
Must be computer literate and possess firm leadership skills as well as business orientation
Must have good customer management and interpersonal skills to relate with staff
