I am a self-motivated young lawyer, with a commendable degree in law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, and a laudable B.L degree from the Nigerian Law School, Agbani, Enugu. I have recently completed my one-year NYSC program with the Law firm of Ken E. Mozia (SAN)& Co, where I was afforded a solid introduction into actual legal practice while I assisted Senior Associates and Junior Lawyers in running of case files and representing the interest of major Private and Corporate sectors as well as Government clients. I have previously interned with two Law firms as a Law student.
All of my experiences as a student of Law, Law Intern and (NYSC) Associate, have helped me develop among other things, basic skills in:
Dealing with clients and witnesses; as well as my knowledge of relevant property and contract law, commercial law, Corporate law, Tax law, Insurance law, Family law and other substantive laws. Additionally, I also acquired ADR skills from the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) which has feathered me with a professional in Conflict Analysis, Management and Dispute Resolution.
During my years of experience put together, I was able to foster successful working relationships with colleagues and clients and made remarkable achievements, the details of which are contained in my accompanying CV
