I have a Higher National Diploma in Marketing at distinction with over a decade of experience in Banking, e-payment process and serial entrepreneurship.
I have spent the past few years developing himself in tutoring, mentorship, public speaking, training, talent management, negotiation and ICT skills by acquiring more knowledge through seminars, research and certifications.
I have headed several administrative and leadership roles across key industries including production, transportation, service/relationship management and banking sectors.
My achievements include an unusual 98.83% Customer Service Index (CSI) review for Intercontinental bank in 2008, growing income levels and meeting 126% of my income target as the team Lead, Branch ATM management team in United Bank for Africa (UBA) in 2015, while reducing Branch administrative cost by 27% as the Administrative and Procurement officer for same bank. As a member of Human Resource Management team and Head Procurement at Churchill Ukoma International Ltd in 2012, I achieved outstanding Vendor/Supplier relationship, cutting down procurement cost by 32% and improving employee retention.
