I see myself as some with a creative and innovative mind full of ideas which mole out good attribute towards leading people and that make's me to be so creative which helps me to creates positive change by finding creative solutions to problem's. I always try to be on the forefront of change because I know I do fine myself at situations which are so complex and dynamic. I always learn to work in front of constantly changing situations and learn to be adaptable to such amazing changes. As a team player I always learn to create team members who are highly motivated and mission driven, then I developed a collaborative and productive work environment for a high functioning team members. I inspired my team members by giving all of them room to find solutions to a problem rather than propose a solution myself, I always try to celebrate small victories throughout the process of finding solutions, just to show them how they are making a difference.
In my certificate experience (community organizing for action) I learnt about community engagement is and why it becomes familiar with NGO. Community engagement is all about involving people you serve not as beneficiaries of your projects but as partners in accomplishing your organizational set goals. With these almost every one both young and old people those with formal and informal education, rich and poor has some thing to contribute immensely in achieving an NGOs set goals. It's true that when people you serve are involved in your NGO, your NGO will be more successful. I wish if you can consider me and invest in building a skill individual who can be provided with opportunities that will step into your organization With ideas and pool of talent that will help you carry the mission and ensure that your NGO's work will go far long after the founder have relocated.
