I have over seven years’ experience in the hospitality industry. During this time I took guest orders and served their food and ensure qualitative service, I led teams- supervising waitrons, reducing pilferage to its barest minimum-I worked both in the bar, restaurant, room service and banquet. I am Computer Literate, I have good oral and written communication skills in English, I can handle and manage cash wisely- I am quite organized, effective, confident and ready to perform my duty to any length, I have good initiative to work; more so I can handle pressure, working with little or no supervision, I can make good use of the Micros, Point of Sale terminal (POS) and Micros/Material Control.
