I am Ifeyinwa Nwawe,a graduate of Accounting from Covenant University
with a keen interest to work in your organization.
In 2009, I started my career at Airtel Nigeria as an Online Customer
Service Agent, I was part of a 32 member team that was in charge of customer
experience by making sure I Identified and resolved customers’ queries
effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining the acceptable service
I have had work experience as an Administrative Assistant at
Westerfield College where my day to day activities involved managing
files and proofreading documents, liaising with vendors, maintaining
supplies and taking records of invoices etc.
My resilient attitude towards tasks or anything that brings a positive
outcome spoke for itself especially during my current academic
endeavor, where i have a good track record of improvement and good
I am a firm believer in the Send the Elevator back down message, that
is why I volunteer at EDU-Aid as a phonics trainer and a mentor where
I teach disadvantaged children and also mentor them. I have developed
my communication and leadership skills via this platform.
One of my favorite quotes is 'Develop a passion for learning. If you do
you will never cease to grow' as I believe the perfect recipe for a
successful career comes from the passion to know more.
