>The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of

>The successful candidate will report to the hotel’s
>Operations Manager and work with the management staff to
ensure prompt responses to guests’inquiries and to notify the
appropriate party immediately of supply issues and other concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
>Greet guests at the front desk and make suggestions for,
entertainment,dining and other engagements as appropriate.
>Make reservations at local establishments upon request of the guest.
>Prepare and display beverage and snack options for guests in the lobby.
>Assist with the organization of on-site events,such as weddings and corporate retreats.
>Direct guests to hotel amenities,including laundry and fitness facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
>This include education,previous job experience,certifications and technical skills.
>Also included is soft skills and personality trait.
>4+years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
>Server certification highly desired.
>Highly refined verbal communication skills.
>Flexible schedule, including nights,weekends and holidays.
>Familiarity with Poolrooms a plus.
>Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.
>Pleasant phone manner.
>Basic knowledge of local attractions and destination.
>Some data entry skills a plus.
