I have a vast experience of over ten (10) years effectively handling both legal and administrative functions within a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)/hospitality organization where I liaised with relevant regulatory bodies submitting reports amongst other things and ensured compliance with legal requirements. I prepared agendas and arranged logistics for board of directors meetings, management meetings and other ad hoc meetings. I am experienced in preparing minutes of meetings that are circulated to all necessary departments highlighting action points and deadlines for easy comprehension. I regularly conducted research while problem solving for the benefit of the organisation. In the process, I have acquired excellent organisational skills, great persuasive skills, tact and empathy.
