I am Chidimma Abigail Ezuma, with a BSc. Degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and I have completed my NYSC.
I have gained two years’ experience in an end-to-end financial institution, working in a Client Services/Relationship Management role, during which I have perfected my communication skills and strategic ways of managing customers. I thrive on the challenges that comes when dealing with customers or difficult situations such as complaints from agitated clients.
I am professional in my work, I pay attention to detail, empathise with my clients and try my best to find solutions to their complaints. I have the ability to remain calm while working under pressure, while being professional in my approach to clients.
I now seek a more exciting and challenging career so as to grow my skills, while conveying my expert experience and wealth of knowledge gained from my current role.
I'm eager to learn at every phase of life, and as such, I have gathered relevant experience necessary to work with a team focused on delivering value and satisfaction to customers
