1) PLC Programming, Wiring & Troubleshooting
Most industries today rely on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for process control and automation. Therefore, the knowledge of its operation, programming and troubleshooting becomes imperative for persons in the related field of engineering. At completion, participants should be able to interpret and develop ladder logics for five types of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Delta, Omron, Siemens and Schneider), program, monitor operations and troubleshoot if need arise.
2) SCADA / HMI; Design and PLC Interfacing
Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition SCADA has become an industrial automation control system at the core of many modern industries, including: Energy, Food and beverage, Manufacturing, Oil and gas, Power, Recycling, Transportation, Water and waste water and many more. Our SCADA/HMI training encompasses all that anyone could ask for. We take you through developing SCADA and HMI screens, editing an existing program, assigning tags, publishing and transfer of programs and many more.
3) VFD configuration: Wiring and PLC interfacing
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD); a type of motor controller that drives an electric motor by varying the supplied frequency and voltage. This important piece of equipment can be found in most industries where the control of electric motor speed is an integral part of operation. It is a simple device but may be complex for engineers/technicians without prior knowledge of its wiring, operation and interfacing with Programmable Logic Controllers through AD and DA cards.Our module covers general introduction and appreciation of this device, wiring connections for control and operation, parameters set up, interfacing PLCs, writing programs to automatically control speed based on varying environmental parameters, establishing shut down and start up conditions and many more.
4) Industrial Instrumentation and Control
This session exposes participants to various instruments, explains the working principle, connection and interfacing to equipment, reading and interpretation of data, communication medium, troubleshooting and maintenance etc..Just like other modules, it is fully practical, you will see the internals and how each part is important to the overall operation. The very important part of this session is to fully understand the principle of operation and this will be broken down to a lame man’s understanding.
5) Electronics circuit design, construction and troubleshooting
This program is designed for persons interested in gaining suitable practical knowledge in the field of electronics engineering.
It is based on current technology and industry requirements, so that graduate can distinguish themselves from others during job interviews or even succeed independently by marketing their practical knowledge..It is not a vocational training (where you learn some technical trade skills and become a technician), neither is it another electronics or computer school where we start teaching you things you already know, or things you don't need to know.. What a waste of time!!! It is fully based on innovation! .
6) Microcontroller (AVR & PIC) Programming and project development
Really, the world around us is changing rapidly. Devices and equipments can be controlled by a single chip based on program written and stored in its memory..At the end of this course, you will be able to.

The course focuses on the fundamentals of mechatronics/robotics technology, how to electronically control mechanical devices using electromechanical switches, building a simple robot, operation of stepper and servo motors, integrating communication means to transmit information as required, tele-operation and monitoring, integrating and embedding systems to equipments and process, etc.
