I am a graduate of Chemistry Education from the University of Lagos and a diploma in Food Technology with extensive experience in providing solutions as a Customer Experience associate in the commerce industry with Nigeria.
I am a creative problem solver with a keen sense of learning, highly equipped with strong communication and analytical skills and proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment. possess leadership skills and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. My job description is as follows:
Successfully manages 80-100 inbound customers’ requests per day
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and CRM tools.
Handles and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution.
Managed a team of junior customer service representatives
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at
Processing of orders; confirmation, cancellation and tracking
Manages major and critical issues of orders, returns and refunds and update customer with status reports
Identifies customers’ needs and successfully handles customer’s requests per month with a 99% customer satisfaction rating
