I am a graduate from the prestigious University of Port Harcourt where i obtained a second class upper degree in Eduactional Management. I am currently based in Rivers State. I have numerous qualifications in customer relations to help me realise my ambition of a well grounded customer relations officer.
I have also had significant experience as customer relation officer in companies where i worked with teams to maintain track record of large customer base. My experiences from past jobs are profound and span across many aspects of customer care services such as customer record keeping, follow up, acceptance of customers requests and complains, and assisting customers with valuable information about services and goods.
I am a dedicated worker with great passion for customer satisfaction. I believe customers are the life wire of any organisation; retaining and gaining new customers are the most intriguing part of any job that i desire. To improve myeslf in this regard, i have obtained a diploma from the institute of customer relationship management in Cross River state. I have similar cerification from other customer relation companies. the acquisition of these skills has improved my ability to relate excellently with customers and improve their experiences of products and services.
