unscrew the screw at the back of the belt head, the belt itself detaches from the head.
cut the belt to your desired size (i.e. with a sharp scissors).
make a small hole on the centre of the top of the new belt
insert the new belt into the head portion
fix back the screw you removed earlier on into the hole you just created
tighten the screw and your belt is ready to wear
