My background includes serving as an insurance agent customer service rep within a call-center environment. Most recently, I worked for the Industrial training fund (ITF) in Abuja, where my responsibilities included In-depth diagnostic studies of small and medium scale enterprises and training company employees.
Previously, I worked as a merchandizing supervisor with a large scale retail store in a fast paced business environment where I gained considerable experience in management and business development.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Access database applications and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and minor in Finance from Wichita State University, Wichita Kansas in the United States of America.
