Job Responsibility for Gatekeeper:
You are to Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing communications,
directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identities and maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of all household and visitors.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring effective time management and resource allocation.
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that it is tidy and equipped with necessary materials and information.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed,
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services and policies in a courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements & Skills
1. Education: Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination) or equivalent.
2. Personal Attributes:
