• Answer phone calls according to beauty store protocol. .
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to clients walking in or calling over the phone.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Ensure all customers are well entertained according to the stores standards
• Make weekly follow up calls on customers after services.
• Put customers through all services and costs
• Daily call reports sent to the MD
• Co-ordinate staff meetings and training schedules
• Handle customer queries and if beyond authority, hand over to supervisor
• Issue receipts for services rendered and keep proper records of all financial transactions
• Reconcile at day’s end all transactions and sign off
• Promote the business through social media
