Upon hearing that your is looking for a cook on an immediate basis, I decided to offer my services as I truely believe in my ability to work well in a culinary environment.
I started my career in cooking when I got a fulltime job at RSVP lagos a year ago.I must say I have come a long way since then and I have learnt alot in terms of food preparation, oven regulations, little about grills like knowing the condition of steaks. Not only equipment management, but leaning about preparing of different kind of salads and their dressings, some main course like chicken katsu, jumbo prawns, fish and chips, chicken avocado sandwich, chicken salad and appetizers like cauliflower salt and pepper, chicken pops, cruchy fried calamari, siracha prawn skewers, sweet potato Parmesan balls.
My formal training in cooking has broaden my knowledge of proper food storage procedures like separating cooked foods from raw foods and veggies from raw meat.
Assisting a head chef with performing his duties effectively will in turn help me further my knowledge of this work and I will be able to contribute my knowledge and strength to your kitchen as well.
