This is a wireless call system used in hotels or bars for the guest to call the waiters for service. The package comes with a transmitter call button unit and a receiver display screen and/or wrist watch receiver unit worn by head waiters or barman. The transmitter button call unit comes in different models, there is one button model and there is a 3 button model that comprises service button, bill payment button and cancel. The 3 button model have also the menu display model. OPERATION: Whenever the guest needs the waiter, the guest presses the transmitter call button and the signal appears on the receiver display screen at the waiters unit or on the screen of the wrist watch worn by the head waiter or barman with the number of the guest table for the waiter's immediate attention.
In the case of the 3 button call transmitter, the guest presses bill button and bill with the table number appears on the waiters receiver screen for the waiter to come over for bill payment. If the guest presses the service button, service with the table number appears on the receiver display screen for the waiter to come over for service, etc In the case of the head waiter with the receiver wrist watch, the head waiter receives the same information as in the waiters display screen at the waiters unit but now the head waiter or barman can issue special order to any of the waiters for a special attention especially where there is too many guests to attend to. NOTE: This system package is with 10 transmitter menu call buttons, 1 digital display receiver screen, 1 digital receiver wrist watch. Individual requirement is available contact to inquire.
