Job Type
Some of the main responsibilities are:

Sales and target
• Follow up on daily sale with the BAs and prepare a weekly trend report and share it with CM with action plan to ensure best landing
• Validate orders and challenge retail to amend if needed Prepare for new launch (testers, goods, track file, implementation, feedback) to ensure the best result Prepare monthly, weekly and daily targets for BAs

Man Management
• Manage BAs on different skills (technical and management) Monthly evaluation of BA and take action based on Performance Stock
• Weekly checking of stock with the planner and prepare reports if its effecting the sales
• Call for a meeting with retailer to solve any pending issue concerning stock on monthly basis to ensure a proper coverage Prepare monthly stock report on agents and retailers level Prepare the forecast of novelties and share it with marketing team Review the tester forecast and make sure it is aligned with budget

• Follow up with retailer on opening and renovation dates and share information with team to amend schedule and stock accordingly Coordinate between merchandising department and retailer for any new opening Coordinate with agency for (installation, quotation, repairing…) Make sure all counters have the right assortment, planograms and POSM
• Marketing Coordinate with retailer to book make up tour and prepare monthly animation schedule coordinating with marketing to prepare needed tool (GWP, visual..) Come up with Local marketing initiative to increase sales

Market visit
• Motivate the team
• Maintain a great relationship with store managers Check : stock, visibility, merchandising, groomingMonitor competition Reporting
• Direct Reporting to Commercial Manager
Requirements and Skills
• Perfect Excel skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong experience in management
• Strong commercial personality
• Strong passion for the brand - Pack office (Excel & PPT)
• Result oriented, love for challenges
• Knowledge of the selective and cosmetic distribution
• Leadership and communication skills (team player)
• Organization and autonomy
• Solution driven (solving problems)
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• 2-4 years professional experience in business development.
• Preferably someone with past experience in the beauty industry, as a network of contacts will be a highly valuable asset.
• A business management related BSc.
• Commercial or management degree (bachelor or master) or strong field experience

You will be responsible for proactively seeking new opportunities and lead pitch meetings. The bottom line is to secure supply of products for boxes on a 4-6 month advance, all the while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships with recurring samplers & partners. Finally, you will be responsible for the production of brand reports and communicating research results to participating brand partners.
