I graduated from Delta State University in 2018 from the department of Marketing with a second class degree(Upper Division). During my year of study , lots of knowledge were acquired which align to this job position.
While serving as a National Youth Service Corp member, I enrolled for a post-graduate degree program where I got a professional certification with the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management(CICRM) so as to further broaden my experience in dealing with customers and managing them for retention. During this program, I gained experiences in various aspect in dealings with an organization's potential and existing customers which made me a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP).
With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job, I was trained in areas such as: Strategic Customer management, Customer relationship management, Service Marketing , International marketing management , Business policy and management .
