As a highly motivated and dedicated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills,I am outgoing, and detail oriented, willing to accept ownership in carrying out new and diverse administrative assistance requests, am able to maintain daily office operations effectively.
Have recently graduated from the university , I completed my Bachelor Degree of public Health at Cavendish University Uganda, and I did my internship at Inter Aids and at the university as administrative assistance, my duties at the university during my internship was, welcoming visitors, giving them school flyers, answering their questions, make sure that lecturers are in the lecture room, giving out registration forms, and after the lecture are done I make sure i collect the form back from the lecturer, and maintenance of basic office equipment . My profile maybe small in experience but you will find it to be extensive in qualification. Being in possession of remarkable communication and interactive skills , I am well versed in taking instructions and following them to book.
I am equipped with ample analytical skills to proactively judge the office needs and carryout necessary maintenance tasks proactively. My training at the university has taught me a lot about general administrative assistance.
I will be able to work better when I know my employer’s expectation better.
I believe that I have a lot to offer your organization. I am keen to develop my professional skills.
