During my experience as a Front Desk Executive at the 09 Clubhouse, Abuja, I was entrusted with the following roles;
Customer Service: such as handling of all complaints / inquiries within and without the Clubhouse and then escalating them to appropriate departments.
Direct advertising and sales of rooms and other services to customers.
Handling of the Company's social media pages.
Suggesting to the management ways in which the company could better serve its customers.
This experience has provided me with good customer orientation, customer relationship management (CRM) skills, sales orientation and social media marketing skills.
I further went on to attend GOOGLE and GTBank's "Scaling your Business through Digital", a two-day workshop in April, 2018
