I am interested in the open position in your organisation. I have organisation and personal management experience on primary, secondary and college levels, in both suburban and urban institutions. I believe my managerial experience and passion for community engagement makes me an ideal candidate for the open position at your organisation.
I have quality experience managing educational organisations in a variety of settings. As an administrator, I also have quality experience managing diverse forms of organisation setting, environment and system I believe my varied experiences would make me an asset to your organisation.
In the last10 years I have worked in north central Nigeria as an educationalist. In these years, I worked with children of different educational, moral and social needs; in 2013 I helped start a new primary education institution (Premier Kinder Academy) in Anyigba, Kogi State.
At this institution, as the administrator, I realised that the primary problem affecting the learning process of some of these children was basically inferiority complex (too much respect for the material wealth of some of the children in the school). So I instituted a system that enabled all the children to learn at the same social standard possible within the institution. This, at that time, I believed would enable all the children to develop and maximise their ability to concentrate and internalise whatever they are taught in the school.
Some of the policies I helped put in place are:
No child comes to school with any amount of money no mater how small to buy things for themselves.
No child comes to the school with any edible or drinks of any form or size.
Feeding the children with the same quality and quantity of food by the school and in the school.
Providing them with the same material needs.
With this, we succeeded in placing all of the children (some from very rich family background and some from very poor family background) on the same social standing within the institution; so they were able to learn on the same level of self confidence without any form of disadvantage.
The result of this policy was that the institution was able to graduate over and over again children with very good grades, who ordinarily would not be able to overcome the challenges of coming from a very poor background to study in the same environment with children who were well positioned socio-economically to be educated and go through primary education.

This system has positioned the school on a different pedestal when compared to other similar institutions within its community of operation.
Enrollment of children into the school increased.
Parent now have confidence on the ability of the school to help their Children utilise their learning ability better.
The children are developing higher levels of cooperation between one another.
Bullying is at 0%.
Children who previously don't enjoy going to school, are now proud of themselves when they are within the school premises.
Parents don't have to bother themselves with cooking for the children before they go to school. With these parents now have more time for themselves in the morning before going to work and in the evening when they return from work.
Parents also do not give their children money to take to school because there is nothing for them to buy within or outside the school environment.
When in school, the children do not bother themselves with what to eat, what others are eating or when to eat. All they bother about is their academics.
