Bakery Chef

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. • Follow recipes and create original baked items that meet our quality standards. • Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh items are ready each day. • Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. • Maintain cleanliness of all baking equipment and kitchen areas. • Ensure all baked goods are stored and handled according to food safety regulations. • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams on daily offerings and seasonal specials.

• At least 1 year of experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role. • Skilled in baking techniques and using commercial bakery equipment. • Ability to follow and adjust recipes as needed. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
