Responsibilities
1. Providing customer service to organization employees
2. Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
3. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
4. Setting appointments and arranging meetings
5. Maintaining calendars of HR management team
6. Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
Requirements and Skills
1. Participating in recruitment efforts
2. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
3. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
4. Collecting employment and tax information
5. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
6. Preparing new employee files
7. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
8. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
9. Conducting benefit enrollment process
10. Administering new employment assessments
11. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Minimum Qualification Requirements
BSc., BA or HND in any relevant field.. MSc is an added advantage
Minimum Experience
1 year
