our acha comes pot ready.
add 2 tablespoons to a cup of boiling water. Stir till it thickens.
Allow to cook for 10mins. You can add more water to your desired consistency. I like mine thick and creamy.
serve with coconut milk or any plant based milk of choice and sweeten as you wish.
Or use 1/4 cup acha grain and 2 cups of water to make this. This will keep you full till late noon. You can also add chia and flax seeds.
Acha flour can be used like any other flour - as swallow (this is one of my best swallow), to make pancake, to bake, to thicken sauce, to make porridge for your baby, to bake bread, cookies, etc .
