I am a HR Professional with years of hands-on experience spanning Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, and Change Management.
I Started my HR Career with Seven-Up Bottling Company which exposed me to core HR Generalist experience. As HR Officer, I led a team of 5 HR colleagues to provide HR services to over 300 employees at the Headquarters. I also led a team that started the review of the company's Salary Structure, conducted a Corporate Culture Audit, and started the development of the Company's HR Competency Framework. During the company's national HR transition to automated HR processes. I coordinated the project from the HR front. I was also part of the team that developed a 3-Year HR Transformation Strategy for the company.
After 2 years as Human Resource Officer for the Headquarters, I proceeded to the largest Factory in the organization, overseeing a staff of 5 to deliver HR Services to an operation site driven by over 850 employees. While in this position, I developed and deployed a PMS tool for managing employees' performance quarterly. This tool was later deployed company-wide.
After a year more with Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc., I joined Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria Ltd as Human Resource Manager (Factory) where I provided HR support for the Factory Team. I was instrumental among other things, to the development of several HR policies, the development and deployment of an effective Onboarding programme, development and deployment of the Company's Learning and Development Structure and the improvement of the HR's processes and system. I also developed and saw to the implementation of a robust Graduate Trainee Scheme.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics and a Masters In Business Administration (Marketing Option). I am at the last stage of the CIPM Certification. I am strong on Emotional Intelligence Competences, Presentation and Facilitation skills, and People Management skills.
