JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*To supervisory and management functions like training, hiring and evaluating creative staff, creative directors interact with other agency departments to maintain communication and client satisfaction. *The creative director attends planning meetings and makes presentations to agency staff and clients to decide the strategic and creative direction of an advertising campaign.
*They also use their creative expertise to interpret a client's vision and make it a tangible and deliverable product. *Along with account executives, creative directors plan and implement budgets to ensure both quality and efficiency, and establish schedules on short- and long-term projects.
*An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines.
*Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, In Design, Flash, etc.
*Excellent leadership skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*A strong understanding of brand development and multi channel marketing concepts.
*Comfort interacting with clients and internal staff alike.
*Strong persuasive skills.
*Creativity: Creative directors will invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.

*Decision-Making Skills: Advertising campaigns have timelines, and creative directors will need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials and radio spots.

Minimum of OND/BSC
