In addition, I have more than five (5) years career experience in counseling, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business management, Customer relationship management, Personnel management, store keeping, facility management, etc., with a strong ability to develop relief initiatives from field data collections, I am an excellent team builder and motivator with honed communication and analytical thinking skills, also seeks to provide effective & supportive care while simultaneously continuing both personal and professional development.
In general, I have worked in the Pharmaceutical industry, banking and presently in a construction sector. With my experience in all these sectors, I can confidently say am a very dynamic person. In my present position as the Head of Sales, I oversee all marketing activities in the organization which ranges from client counseling, tele-marketing, client relationship management, customer service, business development, sales planning, cross-selling, investment management, personal management, negotiation, networking, business & financial advisory, customer needs identification, influencing skills, probing skills, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, also e-channel management and to develop and manage performance monitoring plans (PMPs), design and lead assessments, writing reports, documentation, analyze data, & oversee reports. I also have excellent written and communication skills, with client prospecting. Equally, during the course of my job, I have participated in various sales meetings and seminars that requires lots of documentations, and as such I believe I can function very well in the required capacity if given the opportunity.
In addition, as head of sales, I also analyze every requisition above one million naira for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements by the client, before sending it to the store manager for supply. As such, I always work hand in hand with the store department as well as procurement unit. Equally, am responsible for executing plans to meet target, manage sales personnel, trains and works closely with sales executives and branch managers and also engages in promotional and marketing activities to boost sales.
Again, I believe that I have no local language barrier as I can speak and write fluently Hausa, Igbo, English and also a little of the Yoruba language.
