We seek to recruit a qualified candidate that'll work closely with the Admin Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure the smooth management of suppliers, other service providers, logistics, utilities, technology and other resources required and / or utilised by the company and also Arrange internal meetings, booking and preparing the meeting room, moving and setting up the required equipment, refreshments and any other necessary items.
