¶ Handling clients and partners relationships, benefits, and training.
¶ Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.
¶ Oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees.
¶ Providing HR and Welfare service to organization employees
¶ Serving as a point of contact between employee and employer
¶ Set appointments and arranging meetings
¶ Maintaining calendars of HR management team
¶ Compiling reports and spreadsheet analysis of all HR project and presentations
Requirements and Skills
¶ Welcoming and helpful attitude toward clients and other team members.
¶ Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
¶ Problem-solving skill including the ability to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
¶ Strong interpersonal skills
¶ Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally as are tools required to communicate with co members of the HR team, in group presentations and meetings
¶ Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
¶ Ability to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
¶ Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality competence
¶ Ability to think quickly on the spot to answer clients questions.
¶ Ability to work both independently and with a team. Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the organization as needed.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Experience
1 year
