My names are Olawuyi Ifeoluwa Oluwatobi.
I currently work as a human resource officer at Dops products limited. An FMCG company that specializes in making hygeine products, where i assist in recruitment effort of all personnel including writing and placing of job ads. I help to communicate human resources actions to staff. I assist to develop Human Resources plans and procedure relating to company policy, organize, plan and control the activities of the HR department. I conduct new employee relations and employee relations counselling.Updating staff bio-data and maintain departmental records as a part of a HR integrated system are also part of my roles.Assist in the preparation of the company's payroll, noting notable deductions and overtime calculation are also some of the things i do at my current place of work. Some of my other roles that are not highlighted here can be found in a copy of my cv if taken time to go through.
I believe i am a perfect fit for this role, because of my diverse Hr experience in different industries.
I have worked in an FMCG sector and a Consultancy industry.
My previous work place was an HR consulting firm where i learnt everything that could be learnt about recruitment and trainings.
My strength in human resources are;
1. Identifying candidates best suited to the firms designed job role using a candidate shortlist form i create from screening of job applicants cv
2. Identifying employee weak areas in the firm that might require trainings and organizing of such trainings to maximize the output of the employees.
3.Employee relation and making sure staff adhere strictly to company policies.
4.Keeping updating and maintaining accurate staff record.
5. Monitoring staff performance level by helping to design Hr metrics that helps determine the effectiveness of each staff.
