Responsibilities
° Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  ° Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  ° Coordinate project deliverables
  °  Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  °  Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
  °  Provide administrative support for operations team and monitor all operations staffs
Requirements and Skills
°  Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
   °  Strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
° Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  ° Strong knowledge of the computer and it's operating system 
  °  Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  ° Customer-service oriented
  ° Ability to complete complex administrative tasks
Minimum Qualification Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  ° Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent 
  ° 2+ years experience working in an office setting
Minimum Experience
2 years
