• Answer multi-line phone system; directs calls and takes messages accurately
• Greet and assists customers
• Input information into Database
• Compile information to enter into spreadsheets
• General office duties, including, copying, faxing, and filing
• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of front office and conference room
• Assists staff with projects whenever needed
• Take responsibility for ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
•. Assist with scheduling of meetings for staff members
• Handle invoicing and paying of bills and updates product information in a customized database
• Prepare employee expense reports and work on special projects, as required
Requirements and Skills
•. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of recent administrative work/experience in similar role
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office: MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Typing Speed of 40 wpm or higher will be appreciated
• Data Entry Alpha Numeric
• Professional and excellent communication skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
OND minimum.
However candidate with a smart SSCE with a possession of the above requirements can be considered.
