Act as the first point of contact for clients and sponsors. Responsible for providing professional, efficient, and effective services to meet the needs of clients. Answering or referring inquires about business operations, policies, and procedures. Carry out clerical support tasks such as organising meetings and preparing presentations and minutes, collating data. Scheduling and follow-up on appointments. Copy, scanning routing corresponding documentation. Maintaining filing systems in paper and electronic forms. Answering telephone calls promptly, handling incoming calls, directing them where necessary, and taking messages within the establishment guidelines. Answering general queries in person or by telephone. Ensure visitors sign in on arrival.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification is OND level. Prior experience as receptionist. Consistent, professional dressing, and good manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel. Able to contribute positively as part of the team, assisting with various tasks as required. . Hospitality management skills .
