During the time that I have spent in the medical records department of LIMI HOSPITAL Abuja, I have had the opportunity to learn and apply records management tasks in accordance with the company’s policies. As a detail-oriented individual, I possess the knowledge that is necessary to manage resident information and privacy regulations. Furthermore, I possess enough information on medical procedures which will assist me in providing support to the unit of physicians that I work with.
Also in that position, I worked with medical records. My chief roles have been communicating with patients, organizing and inputting information into the computer system, filing and updating client information records, and keeping the utmost of confidentiality with all medical records.
