I performed daily duties on Ascertain accuracy of cash balance in the cash book and cash vault through effective management of incoming and outgoing cash.
Process cash payments weekly and align credit and debit entries.
Organize payment schedule for 200+ customers’ cheques from different work centres who apply for loans.
Identify payment claims, and schedule appropriate amount of proposed payments at the end of each month.
Oversee all entries in vouchers and treasury slip ensuring the consistent input of data.
Perform other clerical duties.
Facilitated smooth office operations,managed office files and handled incoming and outgoing mails efficiently.
