I am Olusegun Adeosun, a Licensed Human Resources Professional and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN), I also possess an Advanced Diploma in Human Capital Management from the University of Lagos.
I bring along a total of over 7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role with me, as I have worked in various capacities ranging from Human Resources Officer to HR Manager and I am currently the People Operations Lead at Altara Credit Limited a credit based organization with about a hundred staff.
Over the course of my HR career, I have been successful at overseeing HR Functions such as, the recruitment life cycle process of over 50 staff from Recruitment and Selection to Separation and termination, onboarding, Performance Management (using JDs and Key performance Indicators which I developed), and also in overseeing Administrative processes such as filing, archiving and retrieval for Management decision purposes and other relevant use/users, leave management, salaries and compensation, health management (HMO), just to mention a few and I understand that for this position you are hiring for, you are looking for someone with strong Process Improvement skills which I possess and I continue to hone.( strong recruitment and selection skills) .
In addition, the professional/certification courses I have taken some of which include; CIPM, ITIL, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt provide me with the necessary education, skills and competences needed to meet and address effectively the challenges that come along with the requirements for the vacant role and I also possess effective writing and reporting skills coupled with the IT and Technical skills which are relevant and required for success in the twenty first century business world.
My motivations are a passion for continuous learning, personal Improvement, critical thinking and applying methodologies and framework for solving organizational problems and challenges to achieve and exceed desired goals and result.
