- operate computers and printers: handle typing, printing, scanning, and photocopying for customers.
- typing & formatting documents: prepare cvs, letters, school assignments, and official documents.
- internet browsing & online services: assist with online registrations, applications (e.G., jamb, waec, nysc), and email access.
- customer service: attend to walk-in customers politely and professionally.
- file management: save, organize, and retrieve digital files properly.
- maintain equipment: ensure the computers, printers, and scanners are clean and in good working condition.
- data entry: input information accurately for customers when needed.
- basic troubleshooting: handle minor issues like paper jams, frozen systems, or connectivity problems.
- sales of digital products: help customers with printing of recharge cards, online results, flight tickets, etc.
- security & confidentiality: keep customer information private and safe.
- keeping working environment clean.
