During my short duration of working, I have found out that the best teams are those who place no limits as to what they are to achieve. To be an excellent team member, you have to be the best for the team and not the best in the team. To be an excellent team, you have to be self organising, learn from the teams past mistakes quickly, apply the new learnings and mitigate the repetition of those mistakes. Most importantly you must celebrate your wins even the smallest. To be a best team manager, the most important criterias are team vision and emotional intelligence. You can’t beat a happy team!
